You have 45 days from delivery to return any unworn piece with its tags attached. Exchanges ship free in both directions. Natural fibres relax and soften with wear — that is expected and never affects your right to return.
Write to us from the contact page with your order number and we will send instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the parcel reaching us.
Standard shipping is complimentary on every order, worldwide, and typically arrives in five to seven working days. Pieces are made in our Porto workshop and dispatched from Portugal.
Orders within the European Union are sent duty paid — the price you see is the price you pay. Orders outside the EU may attract import duty or tax on arrival, which is set by your country and payable by you. See the shipping page for detail.
Send any MERO garment back for darning, patching or re-finishing at any time. The first repair is free; after that you pay only for materials.
