Times are from dispatch, not from order. Made-to-order pieces show their own lead time on the product page.
Within the European Union we ship duty paid: the price shown at checkout is the final price, and nothing further is collected on delivery.
Outside the EU we ship duty unpaid. Your country may charge import duty, VAT or a handling fee when the parcel arrives. These are set by your customs authority, are not collected by us, and are not refundable if you return the order — most countries let you reclaim them directly once the goods are sent back.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the workshop. You can also see the status of any order from your account.
We cannot currently ship to territories under trade restriction. If checkout will not accept your address, write to us from the contact page and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
