Sizing & fit

MERO patterns are cut for a considered, unhurried fit — room through the chest and shoulder, clean through the body. If you are between sizes, take the smaller one in knitwear and the larger in outerwear.

These are conversion guides. Every product page lists that garment’s own measurements, taken flat — always compare those against a piece you already own and like the fit of.

How to measure

Chest — around the fullest part, under the arms, tape level and not pulled tight. Waist — around your natural waist, where you normally wear trousers. Sleeve — from the centre back of the neck, over the shoulder, to the wrist bone.

Care

Wash cold and inside out, and line dry in shade. Press wool on the reverse with a cloth. Natural fibres soften and settle with wear; the first few wears are when a garment starts becoming yours. Never bleach.

Repairs

Send any MERO garment back for darning, patching or re-finishing at any time. The first repair is free; after that you pay only for materials.
